Quiet enough to hear the birdsong.
11.00-12.15 The Eucharist
Love bids us welcome
Gathering from east and west and north and south, within the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit.
Music and silence and scripture and holy space and bread and wine. And one another.
And a Gospel about rendering to Caesar that which is Caesar’s and to God that which is God’s. You can find the reading here.
With Godly Play for the children and the Youth Group in their den and our new creche space for accompanied infants.
And Lady Chapel prayer for those of us in need of a little extra comfort, healing or inspiration.
And fika afterwards in the Hall for everyone.

A calm and contemplative service, in English, in the round, in the heart of the city, led by Nick Howe our Chaplain and a cathedral musician.

Fifteen minutes of quiet and orderly prayer to set down the day and commend ourselves into God’s hands.
